Year of the Tiger!

13th to 21st February half term

Join Banham Zoo as we travel to China to celebrate the year of the tiger! Learn more about these fascinating cats and other amazing animals celebrated in the Chinese calendar. Come and see our beautiful Siberian tiger cubs with their parents. The cubs, Kuzma and Vasya, were born in October 2008 and are growing fast! Each day of the half term holiday will be filled with our fantastic feeding talks and ‘Amazing Animals’ presentation. You can even embark on our new interactive prize trail. In the Activities and Education Centre we will be holding a special Chinese New Year craft activity where you can make your own Chinese lantern and even have your face painted as one of your favourite animals! So come along to Banham Zoo this half term and help us celebrate the Year of the Tiger!
