Your Visit
Tickets are available for up to six people per household. Make sure to book online, and don’t forget to bring proof of receipt of one of the benefits listed below.

You’ll need to book your reduced-price ticket online in advance, as only full-price tickets are available at the gate.

Proof of Eligibility
You’ll be asked to supply proof of eligibility and a named ID.
This can be a recent letter or statement showing your benefit, a screenshot from your Universal Credit app, or a bank statement showing the payment along with photo ID.
Reduced price tickets are available online for those currently on Universal Credit, income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Housing Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit and Income Support.
Booking Confirmation
You will also need to show your booking confirmation – your confirmation email has your booking reference on it and can be shown on your phone so don’t worry if you don’t have a printer!

We believe that everyone should have the chance to visit their local zoo. This special offer is designed for those on low incomes, making it easier to experience the wonders of wildlife even during challenging times.
Alongside our Universal Credit ticket scheme, we run a variety of offers open to all throughout the year, ensuring wildlife experiences are accessible to everyone.

Why are tickets only available online?
We limit ticket sales online to manage visitor numbers and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Other charities that have used similar systems have found that online ordering is preferred by customers for convenience and flexibility.
